On May 4, 2011, the Sacramento Local Agency Formation Commission reviewed and heard public testimony on the Draft Municipal Services Review and Sphere of Influence Update for the San Juan Water District. This final MSR is the result of collaboration between Sacramento LAFCO and San Juan Water District.
San Juan Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, San Juan Water District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
