On June 25, 2024, the SSWD and SJWD Boards of Directors decided to proceed with a business case analysis of a potential combination of the two organizations. On October 3, 2024, the SJWD Board confirmed staff’s recommendation to select BakerTilly to conduct the Business Case Analysis. The links below provide the documents associated with this analysis.
