San Juan Water District is a community services district established by a vote of the citizens in 1954, formed under Section 61000 et seq., Title 6, Division 3 of the California Government Code Water Code, Section 3000. We provide reliable, high-quality water service to both retail and wholesale customers in eastern Sacramento and southern Placer counties.
With a rich history dating back to the Gold Rush era, we have served our community for more than 150 years. Our mission, and highest priority to our customers, is to take all necessary actions to ensure the delivery of a reliable water supply of the highest quality at reasonable and equitable costs.

San Juan Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, San Juan Water District
