Upgrade your irrigation system to a weather based controller. Once programmed, the new controller automatically adjusts to changing weather conditions. Purchase and install a qualified controller and San Juan will credit your account for 50% of the cost of the controller up to $500 for residential and $1,500 for non-residential improvements.
