Sponsored by the San Juan Water District and the Regional Water Authority, the Water Spots video contest challenges middle school and high school students to create a 30-second public service video that inspires the public to use water efficiently. This year's theme is WHEN IN DROUGHT.....
The video that receives the most online votes or top score from a panel of judges will receive a $250 cash prize and be eligible to run in a local movie theatre this coming summer.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, San Juan Water District
