High Efficiency Toilet (HET) Rebate Application Process
You may qualify for up to $450 credit towards your next bill for the purchase and installation of high-efficiency toilets. The new toilets must be replacing old, inefficient toilets.
San Juan Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
