We have been told that some customers have received an automated call from the "San Juan Water District" stating their credit card has been declined and offers a method to pay the bill. At this time, the District does not have an automated process to collect utility bill payments. If you have received such a call, please do not provide payment and report the call to the local sheriff's department. Please contact us at 916-791-0115 to report the call as well. San Juan Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, San Juan Water District
