1.26.12- Seven Years of Metered Billing

Do you know it's been seven years since San Juan made the federally-mandated switch to metered billing? Nearly two-thirds of the Sacramento region uses water meters, which has improved leak detection and encouraged repair of leaking pipes and fixtures to reduce water waste. Think you may have a leak?
