How Water Gets to You
Your water comes from one of the nation’s most pristine watersheds- the American River watershed. The American River begins in the Sierra Nevada with three forks leading to Folsom Lake- the watershed’s largest reservoir. 100 percent of our water supply comes from surface water collected in Folsom Lake.
