Built in 1992, the WEL Garden incorporates hardscape (non-plant materials such as walkways, rock, pavers, benches) into nine residential gardens that show how easy it is to create a beautiful setting with water efficient landscaping. Come to our office for a free, self-guided tour Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
